Ms. Lashower, an experienced CPA, serves as the Company`s CFO and Treasurer.  She has been in charge of the financial records of the company for the past 14 years.

Prior to MJI i-Novation, Ms. Lashower worked in the Corporate Controller`s Department at a privately owned multimillion dollar US Holding Company where she was responsible for all areas of accounting, finance and cash management.  Ms. Lashower spent the early part of her career as a Senior Auditor for Revlon Inc. and as a Senior Accountant for what was then Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte and Touche).

Ms. Lashower became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York in 1982.  She earned her BBA degree in June 1979, from Pace University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants in the state of New York. Ms. Lashower was also the recipient of the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award for Excellence in Finance.
