Michele Reisner, Vice President of Research

Michele has over 17 years of experience with MJI concentrating heavily on food and beverage development including category appraisals, experimental designs and product optimizations. She has garnered strong on going relations over the years with her clients and has been integral in managing all aspects of a products life cycle from conception to marketplace.

She is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists and is a contributing writer for Food Product and Design magazine. She is currently writing a book with Dr. Moskowitz on Packaged Goods and Graphic Designs to be published in the Spring.

Her degree from the Culinary Institute of America and fifteen years of experience in the field of Culinary Arts broaden her appreciation of the issues and challenges facing the food and beverage industry.
